Do not rely on an old QIWI logo or payout list
A platform may retain outdated payment text long after a wallet or regional route changes. Before completing work, ask the platform to identify the current legal payment provider, supported recipient country, currency, fee, and withdrawal instructions. A generic “QIWI” label is not enough.
The original Russian banking route is no longer active
The Bank of Russia announced the licence revocation on February 21, 2024 and its financial-institution record now describes QIWI Bank as inactive and liquidated. This page therefore does not present QIWI as a dependable current payout method even if one database record still contains the name.
