I’ve used them for surveys for many years without issues, but in the past year payouts have become very slow. My last cash-out was on July 17, and I still haven’t received payment. In the past, I had to email them about delayed payments, but this time I’m waiting to see how long it takes without contacting support.

I first started with surveys at ACOP before I found Mturk. They were fine, but it took a long time to collect enough points to cash out, and the payout process dragged on for weeks. I eventually stopped even opening their emails. When things slowed down on Turk, I gave ACOP another try. I qualified for a $5 survey, and they credited me right away. The next day I did another one, and the same thing happened. While the surveys are not frequent, the instant crediting was a nice surprise compared to how it used to be.
