I ordered a product from Samsung through BeFrugal but couldn’t confirm if the cashback tracked. My account didn’t show any pending cashback, which made me unsure if the purchase went through. To compare, I reordered the same item through Rakuten, and it notified me right away, while BeFrugal still didn’t show or notify anything. Later, I tried using Rakuten for a Samsung S24 Ultra purchase. At first, it showed a pending 15% cashback, about $117, but then they told me Samsung wasn’t providing cashback for that order, so I got nothing. BeFrugal has also been disappointing because none of my purchases ever posted, even after submitting support tickets. They only gave me tiny payouts, like $0.10, while denying larger purchases. At one point, they even redirected a Rakuten bonus I activated, lowering it to $2 before denying it completely.
