I was 90% of the way to my next cash out when the app stopped working. It feels like the end, and I’m not sure how much money they were making off us for it to be sustainable. It was fun while it lasted, but now the big question is what happens to all the data they collected. I reached out through support, but Zendesk says they’re no longer using its services. On Instagram there was no response either. That makes me think they may have just walked away with our information. If a class action lawsuit starts, I’d join, because it feels like they basically stole data and left no way to contact them. When I checked the app today, it briefly showed my balance before going back to the “We’re working on some big things” message. My points are still tracked and went from $129 to $131 in that short window, so nothing has been erased. Still, redemptions and financial connections are unavailable. Their message said they’re working on a fix but gave no timeline. The last update I saw was: “Thanks for your patience. We’re working on some big things for the Caden app. It will be back soon.” Until then, it’s just waiting and hoping they don’t return with worse terms.

I had 60,127 points, which should have been worth $60, but now they only equal $6. That’s a 90% drop in value overnight. I decided to delete the app because it was good while it lasted, but this change makes it pointless. On June 24, 2025, they also changed the withdrawal minimum to $4.50, which just makes the situation even more frustrating.
