I think this site deserves a ban. If you ever use a proxy while accessing it, you get permanently banned, and support won’t help. I’ve been locked out for two months while still getting promotional spam that I can’t even use since I can’t log in. If you receive a duplicate key, support won’t replace it, so you basically gamble on whether your key works or not. Another issue is how quickly their giveaways run out. I’ve seen 1,000 keys disappear in under five minutes. I can’t prove if that’s suspicious or just demand, but it adds to the frustration.

Gamehag recently released a chest that could be opened for 100 Soul Gems, which equals about $0.10. The minimum reward promised was $10 in PayPal or Steam. It sounded great, but the catch was that the chest only gave a code for another site, Earnweb.com. To actually claim the reward there, you needed to earn 50 coins, equal to $50. This was clearly a way to push traffic to Earnweb, which is owned by the same company as Gamehag. When the Earnweb chest launched about a month ago, there was also a quest. You had to register on Earnweb, earn 1 coin, and then you could get 200 SG on Gamehag. After that, you had 14 days to redeem the promo code, or it became invalid. The chest reward was nothing more than a promo code to redeem. Rewards used to arrive within one day, but this time they delayed it for more than 20 days. Many users, including me, ended up with nothing. The delay felt intentional to stop people from getting rewards. Checking their Discord makes it clear this has been a common issue. In the end, the Earnweb chest gave no real value.
