Back in June 2024, I completed several surveys on HeyPiggy and redeemed a ₹150 Flipkart voucher. Soon after, the order was cancelled, and my points were not refunded. When I raised a complaint, they replied within a few days saying my account was blocked for not meeting their quality standards. I had given honest answers, so that explanation made no sense, and all my effort went to waste. In December, I tried redeeming another ₹150 Flipkart voucher using referral money that HeyPiggy themselves had credited to my account. That voucher was cancelled too. I filed another ticket, but this time they never responded, even after weeks of waiting. At present, I only have ₹19 left in my account. I tried redeeming a ₹10 Amazon Pay voucher, hoping at least that would work, but they cancelled it as well. I’ve attached screenshots of my redemption list as proof. After repeated cancellations and no proper response, I feel frustrated and completely dissatisfied with this whole process.

I’ve earned around $60 in just under two weeks, which is much better than most similar apps. The surveys are usually quick, though you have to be fast to grab the higher-paying ones—some go up to £4. There’s also a piggy bank feature that occasionally rewards extra bonuses, and I’ve won twice. Overall, HeyPiggy feels fairer and more rewarding than many other survey platforms, though occasional disqualifications can still be frustrating.
