I completed the 120 daily tasks for a $500 reward, but it hasn’t been paid out. I didn’t expect much, yet I’m still disappointed since no one has responded to my emails. I’ve been using PlayTime for over a year, and they usually pay out most rewards. I once earned two $200 rewards—one was my mistake due to an incorrect email, but the other never arrived even though I reached the required village level. The progress tracker stopped updating somewhere around Village 85 out of 150, and later the numbers turned into a string of 9s instead of showing the correct reward goal. About two weeks ago, I completed all 120 dailies for the $500 reward. The moment I reached 120/120, that line vanished from my account, and the $500 never appeared. In my other games, the daily progress line is still there, but the one tied to this reward just disappeared. I’ve earned more than $500 overall through PlayTime, so I know they’ve paid before, which makes this confusing. Maybe it’s a glitch, but it’s been too long without a fix. I rely on these small earnings because caring for my diabetic service dog is expensive—medications, syringes, and special food cost a lot. Lately, things have been tough, and I’ve even lost a lot of weight trying to stretch my budget. All I want is for them to honor what they promised. I’ve done my part and watched every ad they asked for, which I know helps them earn too. I just wish they’d respond or pay what’s due.

I noticed that the games no longer credit points properly after bonuses or long play sessions. When I open a game, the only message I see is “launch,” and then nothing happens. A full day later, a small number of points trickle in—sometimes less than the amount shown. I used to earn about one or two dollars a day, but now it’s closer to five dollars a month. The points still appear, but they don’t seem to add up correctly. It feels inconsistent and frustrating. I even tried cashing out my last two dollars and deleted most of the games, though I’m keeping the app for now to see if things improve.
