I started using Pogo after my girlfriend recommended it, since she had been using Fetch. I built up 283,000 points, but every time I try to cash out through PayPal or Amazon gift cards, the request shows as processing for about eight hours before disappearing. Then I have to resubmit it all over again. When I contacted support by email, it took about two days to get a reply, and the responses were just generic scripts that didn’t solve the problem.
