I started using Pogo after my girlfriend recommended it, since she had been using Fetch. I built up 283,000 points, but every time I try to cash out through PayPal or Amazon gift cards, the request shows as processing for about eight hours before disappearing. Then I have to resubmit it all over again. When I contacted support by email, it took about two days to get a reply, and the responses were just generic scripts that didn’t solve the problem.

I started using Pogo recently, and it gave me points for past purchases once I linked some of my accounts. It has not felt invasive, but the surveys are unusual compared to what I am used to. Points build up slowly, so I tried playing games to speed up earnings. The receipt scanner works but is inconsistent, often cutting off the bottom of receipts even when fully in frame, which means I need a few tries before submitting. The surveys I tested paid very little, but I was able to cash out $5.35 to PayPal with no issues.
