It took me about 7 months to get my first survey accepted. I kept applying, but most of the time there was no reply. When I did get paid, it took around 8–5 days to process, and they deducted $2.50 from the payment. I’ve applied to about 20 offers, and only one accepted me. The payment came weeks later, so while they do pay, the time spent applying feels greater than the reward. I’ve also had cases where I completed studies but never got paid, even after messaging researchers multiple times. The site offers no real help or support. At one point, I did a study in February and was told payment would come “by the end of the week,” but I’m still waiting months later. That makes me think they aren’t reliable. Overall, while it may be possible to get paid, the long waits, low acceptance rate, and lack of support make the platform feel more like wasted effort than a real opportunity.

I’ve been paid by them and I’m currently in two studies, one paying $85 and another $230. They’re definitely legit, and the pay rate per hour is good. If you have a work email, you can qualify for more interviews, which improves your chances. The downside is that I haven’t been selected for a study in the past eight months, so consistency can be an issue. They also added a strict rule that blocks people from higher-paying business studies unless they use a custom business domain for email, which feels unnecessary and restrictive. Outside of that, they’re real and have been around for years.
