I completed 15 surveys on Valued Opinions to earn my first cash reward, but when I tried to redeem it, I received an error saying, “At this time you are unable to redeem because your account is currently under review and this usually takes 72 hours to complete.” This felt odd, so I checked Trustpilot reviews and found many others reporting the same problem. Some said their accounts were closed after they complained, with vague claims of “breaches.” Now I’m concerned that I wasted my time and data. Support is only available through email, with no other contact options. If they don’t eventually allow access to the payout, I’ll feel cheated, even though the money is small. For me it’s about the principle. A company shouldn’t be able to treat people this way and avoid accountability.

I started using Valued Opinions and found it to be very hit or miss compared to LifePoints, where I’ve never had issues. Recently, I completed two surveys back-to-back, one about movies and another about firms. Both disqualified me at the very end even though I answered honestly. I have no idea why, and the messages I got after finishing didn’t make sense. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems. The last time I tried Valued Opinions, I didn’t get any reward for completing my profile either. Right now, I’ve earned 130 points, but I’m questioning whether it’s worth continuing. Disqualifications happening at the end feel unfair, and it makes me doubt if this site is reliable compared to alternatives.
