I have been using Crowdtap for almost a year, and overall, it has been decent. In the beginning, I redeemed $20 gift cards, but recently I noticed rewards going up to $150 gift cards. I started saving points to get those larger cards, but the rewards often change or expire before I can redeem them. Some rewards require 20,000 points, which makes me question if it is smarter to redeem smaller amounts instead of waiting. I’ve heard it might be better to cash out in increments, but I am not sure how true that is.

I used this platform for a few months and was able to redeem $30 in Amazon gift cards. Then my account was suddenly canceled with $5 still in it. They accused me of fraud but never explained why, even after I sent several emails asking for details. Later, I saw the same pattern. After cashing out once, my account would get shut down as soon as I was close to another payout. On one occasion, I was banned right after signing up, then oddly invited to a paid video focus study while banned. I was unbanned, completed the study, and got paid, only to be banned again later. The process feels inconsistent and frustrating. There are opportunities if you can get through, but the risk of losing your balance without explanation is high.
