I’ve been using Super for nearly all my hotel bookings, and it’s completely legitimate. The cashback usually shows up about 30 days after your stay. Customer support isn’t great, so if you’re unsure about a hotel, it’s worth paying the extra $15 or so for the refundable option. Once, I booked a place that looked nothing like the pictures and couldn’t get a refund, but aside from that, I’ve booked over a hundred times for work trips without issues. The cashback and referral discounts always come through, and I’ve recommended Super to family who now use it too. Just make sure to opt out of their membership program at checkout unless you travel frequently—it’s optional. I’ve saved a lot over the years, and overall, it’s been a solid experience.

I booked a hotel through Super.com for $650 instead of the regular $1100 and thought I got a great deal. A week later, I called the hotel to confirm and found no reservation under my name. Super.com had no real support—just bots and long chat delays. After hours of wasted time, I disputed the charge through Chase and got my money back. The experience felt like a scam, and saving a few dollars wasn’t worth the stress.
